The INC, International Nut and Dried Fruit Council, is pleased to announce that the XXXI World Nut & Dried Fruit Congress will be held in Singapore, from 18 to 20 May 2012, the largest international event dedicated to the nut and dried fruit industries, in the breathtaking Marina Bay Sands Hotel: Asia’s most spectacular business and leisure destination with over 2,500 rooms & suites and state-of-the-art convention and exhibition facilities, theatres, world-class casino, entertainment and the best shopping and dining in Singapore crowned by the Sands SkyPark.

The event will bring together nearly 1,000 food professionals from industry and academia for a stimulating three-day program to exchange and disseminate knowledge and experience in market development, supply chain, consumption, product innovation, food safety, nutrition and research.

This unique event will attract participation from over 50 countries as it provides the only international platform to share and debate industry’s most relevant and hottest topics. In addition to providing a forum for the industry, the Congress also features international companies in an Exhibition Area that displays the latest equipments, innovations and products in the nut and dried fruit sector.
